1. Any alliances?
Yes actually, or so I think. Taro approached me immediately after the game started. He claims to be a rookie like me, and I believe him. We’ve got our final two oath drawn, and now we’re pulling in all the rookies. First it was Wallace, then Adan and Yasmin, all claiming to be new to ORG’s. Of course I’m completely paranoid at this point. Taro always seems to have some new information about everyone every time I talk to him. It’s quite suspicious, although I don’t have many other options at this point, and of all of my tribe mates, Taro is the one I feel closest to.

So if what Taro is telling me is true than I’m in a power seat of this little rookie alliance. If this were the case, I’m in the best possible position. Taro is a talker, he’s posted a lot already and he always has plenty of comments on chat. People will think he’s the threatening one with the power over me, as I am playing stupid, bubbly girl a bit, although in our private chats, we both contribute to strategy equally. Hopefully, this doesn’t turn into a Yul-Becky situation.

But part of me is cautious, feeling that Taro is playing everybody. Or maybe worse, maybe he’s setting me up to be voted out. I can’t be sure, so I am taking precautions, and casually contacting everyone independently. If Taro is hiding something, hopefully someone will reveal something.

And I know I said I was going to try and stay a bit under the radar, and at this point I feel I have accomplished that. But, if I’m backed into a corner, or if I find out someone has betrayed me, I’m going to freak. If Taro does betray me and I’m voted out, I will spill everything, and ensure he is the next to go.

2. Any ideal boot orders?
Philip seems quite arrogant and cocky. I know I’m assuming a lot from a few posts he’s made, but because we’re not technically living together, I’m drawing the negatives from his words. He is the only one who has admitted to being a veteran, and that practically makes him the senile old man. So long as he isn’t a beast at challenges, he’ll be first to go. Additionally, Phil is the target of the Rookie Alliance, according to Taro.

Following that the boot is up in the air. Taro seems to be uncomfortable with Wallace, but we’ll see where the game takes us.

3. What do you believe the first challenge will be?
The consensus of the Tribe is a trivia challenge, and I tend to agree. I’m a bit nervous, as losing puts me in danger. I’m confident with my trivia skills, but my computer is a bit slow, so my speed may be faulty. Hopefully my alliance with Taro will make up for my skills in the challenge.

4. Are you enjoying the new IM interface?
Yes, it’s much easier to talk to everyone and get to know them, and to have secret conversations.
